The Tour du Mont Blanc takes us through three countries and seven distinct valleys, each with its own character, culture and mountain scenery.
Following much of the famous UTMB route (Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc), we travel around the entire Mont Blanc Massif using a combination of hiking, power hiking and running, depending on terrain, conditions and group preferences.
Over six days we cover approximately 170 km and 9,000 vertical metres while enjoying some of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in Europe.
Accommodation is carefully selected to provide comfort and recovery after long days on the trail. We stay in welcoming mountain huts, inns and hotels, typically with half board. Most accommodations offer showers and comfortable beds, allowing us to travel with lightweight packs and focus on the journey ahead.
Along the way we pass traditional mountain villages, panoramic mountain passes and numerous alpine refuges where we can stop for coffee, lunch or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
